The SpyShield team is committed to ensuring the app's usefulness and efficiency. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always provide clear information about any charges for the app or its services.

Data Handling

SpyShield collects and processes personal data that you provide to us. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions may compromise your device's security, making it vulnerable to malware and potentially causing SpyShield to malfunction.

Responsibility for Connectivity

Certain app functions require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network. SpyShield is not responsible for the app's reduced functionality in the absence of Wi-Fi or when you have used up your data allowance. When using the app outside areas with Wi-Fi, please be aware that your mobile network provider's terms of agreement still apply. You may be charged by your provider for data usage or other third-party charges while accessing the app. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.
